The Board of Statutory Auditors, appointed by the Shareholders’ Meeting on April 23, 2025, shall remain in office for three fiscal years, that is, until the date of the Shareholders’ Meeting convened to approve the financial statements for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2027.
Born in Arezzo on June 9, 1980, he earned a degree in Economics from the University of Siena in 2004, with a thesis in Business Economics and Management. Since 2010, he has been a founding partner of Suasum Business Advisory, a firm specialized in corporate consulting with a focus on extraordinary operations, business valuation, audit and due diligence, corporate governance and control, management planning and control, tax consulting, and the renewable energy sector. He is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Arezzo and the Register of Statutory Auditors. He has extensive judicial experience, having served as executive senior advisor at KPMG Studio Associato, receiver, judicial commissioner, and court-appointed technical consultant at the Court of Arezzo. He is a member and chairman of Boards of Statutory Auditors of companies operating in various sectors (banking, real estate, automotive, and commercial) and a member of the Board of Directors of Ecosuntek S.p.A., listed on Euronext Growth Milan. He is also a director of companies active in the energy sector. He provides tax defense services and has lectured on statutory auditing for public and private institutions.
Born in Siena on May 10, 1966, he earned a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Florence in 1992, with a thesis in banking and professional techniques. Since 1994, he has practiced as a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor at Studio Associato Salvi – Civitelli, based in Arezzo. He has extensive experience in civil and tax consulting for both public and private companies, as well as in the preparation of financial statements, legal opinions, and technical consultancy, including for judicial matters. He is registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants of Arezzo, the Register of Statutory Auditors, and the registers of court-appointed experts and consultants at the Court of Arezzo. He has been appointed multiple times as bankruptcy trustee, judicial commissioner, and liquidator in insolvency proceedings. He currently holds statutory auditing and oversight roles in major organizations, including Nuove Acque S.p.A., Azienda USL Toscana Sud Est, and Gecom S.p.A., and serves as Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of LA SIA S.p.A., listed on Euronext Growth Milan. He has taught tax matters for the Arezzo Chamber of Commerce and acted as a mediator and arbitrator in corporate and economic disputes.
Born in Arezzo on July 26, 1975, he earned a degree in Economic and Banking Sciences from the University of Siena in 2000. He has been practicing as a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor since 2001, with an office in Arezzo. He primarily provides civil and tax consulting to private companies and the agricultural sector, as well as accounting services for companies and self-employed professionals. He also carries out administrative and accounting audits, financial analysis, technical-appraisal reports, and specialized tax consulting. He is registered with the Court of Arezzo as a court-appointed expert and consultant, for which he has received numerous assignments in banking, financial, and accounting matters. He also assists entrepreneurs in insolvency procedures, including arrangements with creditors, controlled administrations, and bankruptcies. Additionally, he is registered as a civil and commercial mediator, with experience in both mandatory and voluntary conciliation procedures at the Arezzo Chamber of Commerce.
Born in Maratea (PZ) on January 11, 1975, she earned a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Tuscia (Viterbo) in 2000. Since 2007, she has attended several specialization and refresher courses in tax, corporate, accounting, and labor law matters. Since 2010, she has served as auditor and statutory auditor for commercial and service companies. She practices as a Chartered Accountant at Studio Associato Salvi – Civitelli in Arezzo, focusing on civil and tax consulting for businesses, labor law advisory, personnel management support, banking and financial consulting, and assistance in divorce and separation proceedings. She also handles accounting for companies and professionals, conducts accounting inspections and audits aimed at administrative reorganization, and provides financial consulting, including balance sheet analysis by ratios and cash flows, and studies aimed at determining the optimal balance between equity and third-party capital.
Born in Arezzo on March 24, 1992, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Administration and Control track from Roma Tre University in 2014, and a Master’s degree in Economics and Management – Profession and Consulting track from the University of Rome Tor Vergata in 2017. She began her professional career with an audit internship at KPMG S.p.A., where she worked on auditing, accounting verification, and cash control. She later collaborated with Gucci in the logistics and administrative area. Between 2018 and 2019, she completed her internship as a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor at Badiali Consulting – Società tra Professionisti. From 2020 to 2023, she practiced independently at Cassai e Associati S.r.l., and since January 2024, she has been working at Studio Varignani. She has developed solid expertise in accounting, taxation, and statutory auditing. She has been appointed by the Court of Arezzo as party-appointed technical consultant, sales delegate, and bankruptcy trustee.
